We have shared with you before that we feel our “word” for 2019 is “Repositioning for increased fruitfulness.” We so appreciate how you’ve been praying for us as we’ve been seeking the Lord as to what that looks like and are excited to share with you how He’s been leading.

Our passion in coming to Thailand has been to demonstrate God’s power and love in word and deed, fully proclaiming the gospel of Christ to the Thai, and seeing wholehearted lovers of Jesus arise from the ashes into the fullness of who God has created them to be (Romans 15:15-19).

Effective at the end of March or early April (Date TBD) Matt will be stepping down from Dton Naam Ministries in order to pursue the areas of evangelism and discipleship while helping the House of Prayer grow and continuing to serve with the local church. He also is desiring to pursue further training in Thai in order to be more effective in ministry here in Thailand. Amy will continue serving part-time with DtonNaam, focusing on teaching English and Life Skills and developing the ministry’s outreach strategy. We believe this is more aligned with our passions and callings.
We are excited about this transition and are walking forward in faith. We are deeply convicted that this is Thailand’s time and the Lord is opening hearts to the gospel. We are looking forward with eager anticipation to what the Lord will do.
